Ingredients

  • 1 block silken tofu, drained
  • ½-¾ C peanut butter, to taste
  • 1 T honey
  • ½ C powdered sugar
  • Chopped peanuts or chocolate chips, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the tofu, peanut butter, honey, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well mixed and smooth.
  2. Place in dishes. Top with peanuts or other toppings.
  3. Serve!
