Fresh Ingredients for Gluten Free Crustless Quiche

Gluten Free Crustless Quiche starts with fresh eggs, which form the body of the dish.  Broccoli, onions, and bacon give the quiche a fantastic flavor and a beautiful bite.  Finishing off the dish before it heads into the oven is cheese.  Muenster is my favorite, so that’s what I used, but you can use any cheese that trips your trigger.  Swiss tastes fantastic, as well as cheddar.  There are a lot of wonderful craft cheeses out there that would make Gluten Free Crustless Quiche perfect for your family.

Changing Up Your Gluten Free Crustless Quiche

Not a fan of broccoli?  No worries!  Add a vegetable that you like!  Sauted spinach, artichoke hearts, or even diced butternut squash can make Gluten Free Crustless Quiche perfect for you.  Look for vegetables that don’t have a lot of water as they can make your quiche runny.  I love to add things like sun dried tomatoes, diced and sauted with the onions, or spinach with feta cheese.  There are so many ways you can change up your Gluten Free Crustless Quiche that it will be like a whole new dish every time!  Use what you have on hand for an impromptu breakfast dish that will knock your family’s socks off!  They’ll never miss the crust with Gluten Free Crustless Quiche.
