Gluten Free Pizza Muffins ~ All the Taste and None of the Gluten!

There seems to be more and more people that can’t eat gluten or wheat in general.  Yet there don’t seem to be a lot of choices when it comes to tasteful treats.  With the help of a gluten-free baking mix, these Gluten Free Pizza Muffins have flavor galore and a moist texture that is so amazing, it’s hard to believe that it’s gluten-free!  By using a mix, these muffins are quick and easy to get to your table on a busy weeknight.

What Gives Gluten Free Pizza Muffins Fantastic Flavor?

Herbs are your friend when it comes to adding flavor to dishes.  Fresh or dried, they can make even the most bland meal into something noteworthy.  Adding oregano and marjoram to the batter gives Gluten Free Pizza Muffins a rich flavor that goes well beyond pepperoni and cheese.

Every Gluten Free Pizza Muffin Deserves Pizza Sauce

Pizza sauce is an amazingly simple thing to make with a few herbs and some tomato sauce.  I always keep a few jars of tomato sauce on hand just for the occasion that we have pizza.  Make the sauce first, so that it can soak up the flavors of the herbs and make a delicious sauce that rivals your favorite local pizzeria!

  12. Hello there…. :)

This recipe caught my eye, because I’ve been kind of staying away from gluten the past 2 weeks. Not because I particularly have too, haven’t gotten diagnosed with anything, but I just wanted to give it a try and see how I feel.

I’ve been on a personal 40 day challenge to get more healthy, and staying away from carbs, especially gluten has been on the top of my list. However some days I still CRAVE me some carbs, omg… :)

SOOOO these look pretty darn fantastic. I can literally smell the yummines. I would love to give them a try. I’m sure my kids will love them too!!

    Thanks for sharing !!

Have a wonderful day, and stop by anytime to say hello if you can.
P.s. After coming back from an extended blogging break, I’ve started a 40 day challenge to get HEALTHY by my birthday. If you get a chance to check it out, I could sure use the support!
    Hugs, Bella :)

  13. This is a perfect snack for my kids to heat up after school and easy on the budget! Thanks for sharing!

  14. I am so glad you did a post about gluten free. I was hoping I was wrong but I have determined that I am gluten intolerant. I have tried some mixes that were just awful but never thought to add herbs or sauce, let alone cheese and meat to the mix.

  15. Looks yummy
