Homemade Queso Dip in the Crock-Pot

It's game day. Or a fun day. Or taco night. Who wants queso? My kids love homemade queso, and this one is so easy to make with your Crock-Pot, you're going to love it too! Drop everything in, turn it on and let it go!


  • 1 round Queso Fresco cheese
  • 1 round Chihuahua cheese
  • 8 oz Mexican shredded blend cheese
  • 3 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 C whole milk or Half n Half


  1. Cut the cheese into cubes and drop in the Crock-Pot. I find my small one works best for this recipe.
  2. Add the Chipotle peppers and a little bit of the adobo sauce (about a teaspoon). Top with the shredded cheese.
  3. Set your Crock-Pot to low and let warm for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Add the milk to smooth out the sauce.
  4. Serve with chips and veggies.
