Witches Hats Recipe - Perfect for your Halloween Party!

Witches Hats – Perfect for Halloween

YUM, I love me some Witches Hats!  These cookies make a great presentation at any Halloween gathering.  I even like to put one in my girls’ lunch, for a little fun.  These Witches Hats are easy to make and require NO cooking or baking.

Here is all you need:

1 Package Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies
1 Can of Orange Icing
1 Bag Hershey’s Kisses

Square Trade - Stop overpaying for iPad insurance.

You can pick up either the Regular Shortbread Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies.  Either works well.  You will be putting the Hershey’s Kiss on the flat fudge side anyway, so the color doesn’t matter.  Speaking of color, this time of year, most stores do carry the black colored icing.  I chose the Orange to give a little color to the hat.  However, if you want the hat to be all black, go with the black colored icing.

Putting these together is VERY simple.  Just put the icing onto the bottom of the Hershey’s Kiss and make sure you put enough that some will squeeze out of the sides.  Place over the hole in the Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookie on the flat fudge side.  Let them set up for 15-20 minutes before placing them on a platter.

Serve these Witches Hats at your next gathering, and see what people have to say.  I know my kiddos really love them.  They even like making them!  Although, when they make them, there seems to be a bit more eating the icing, than putting the icing on the Hershey’s Kiss.

  9. These are cute and so easy! Another great kid friendly Halloween treat that I love are Witches Fingers. They’re also super easy.
    Baby carrots
    Whipped cream cheese
    Sliced almonds
Spread a dab of cream cheese on the narrower end of the carrot, then press an almond slice onto the top. It should look like a finger with a pointed fingernail!
